Phantom Photobooth

There's still many features, stickers, designs, and backgrounds to add, but this is an early pre-release for people who want to play around with it.

There will be a downloadable Windows .exe version which will allow you to export GIFs. This feature is already implemented and would be accessible already if this were not only a browser tool for now- for whatever reason GameMaker 2's export to GIF feature does not seem to work with HTML outputs.
